To view, download, or print pages created as Portable
Document Format (PDF) files, you must have a specific version of Adobe Acrobat®
Reader installed on your computer. You can
download
the free Acrobat Reader from Adobe Acrobat® Reader. You also need a printer
with graphics capabilities.
Once you have successfully installed Acrobat Reader on your computer, you can
download a PDF file to view, save, or print:

To view a PDF file in your web browser's window, click on the file link.
Depending on how your browser is configured, you may not be able to view the
PDF file right away when you click on the link. If you get a dialog box:

Click on the "Save" option.

Designate where on your hard drive you want to save
the PDF file and note the file name.

To open the file after you've saved it, locate the PDF
file in your computer's directory and double-click on it.

To save a PDF file to your computer:

Click on the link to the PDF file using your right mouse
button (for Windows) or click and hold (for Macintosh).

Choose "Save As," "Save Target As,"
or "Save Link As" from the drop-down menu.

the PDF file and note the file name.

To open the file after you've saved it, locate the PDF file in your computer's
directory and double-click on it.
